The data behind customer experiences that convert Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultancy

The data behind customer experiences that convert

One system, not five.

For years, the customer lived in fragments: a name in the sales pipeline, a ticket in service, an invoice in finance, a conversation stranded in someone’s inbox. Microsoft Dynamics 365 was built to close those gaps, uniting CRM and ERP on one data foundation that runs through the tools people already work in across Outlook and Teams.

Now, that foundation is learning to act. Beginning with ten autonomous agents in late 2024 and growing steadily since, Copilot no longer just surfaces the next best step across sales, service and operations — it takes it, within the guardrails set by you.

Why Remarkable + Dynamics 365? CRM that leadership can trust.

  • Microsoft Solutions Partner for Business Applications — Microsoft’s current designation covering Dynamics 365, earned through certified consultants and demonstrated customer outcomes.
  • Proven at FTSE 100 scale — we took Berkeley Group’s Dynamics 365 platform from fragmented and unreliable to a unified source of truth, migrating almost a million records with zero gaps.
  • 20+ years of enterprise CRM and data delivery — delivery discipline applied to CRM, data models and sales operations.
  • Independent, grounded AI advice — as both a Microsoft partner and an Anthropic partner, we help clients decide where Copilot fits and where a custom Claude-based agent makes more sense, rather than defaulting to whichever platform we sell.
  • Property and financial services depth — much of our CRM and data work sits in sectors where data accuracy, compliance and a genuine single customer view are non-negotiables.

What is Microsoft Dynamics 365?

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a cloud-based suite of CRM and ERP applications that helps manage sales, service, marketing and operations. This data feeds Copilot and autonomous AI agents working across the platform. We deliver across the full stack, including:

  • Dynamics 365 Sales — pipeline, lead and opportunity management, with Copilot support
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Service — case management, routing and support analytics, with AI agents able to resolve and triage cases directly
  • Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (Data & Journeys) — Microsoft’s customer data platform and journey orchestration layer
  • Power Platform — Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, built on the Dataverse data model that underpins Dynamics 365
  • Copilot and agents in Dynamics 365 — Microsoft’s AI layer across the suite
  • Field Service, Finance and Supply Chain — for clients extending beyond CRM into operational and financial systems

Why now? Copilot is only as good as the data underneath it.

Microsoft’s roadmap for Dynamics 365 is agentic: Copilot and autonomous agents are moving from optional add-ons to the primary way users interact with the platform, grounded directly in Customer Insights data. This means now is the time to clean up that data, to ensure maximum reliability from your agents – and that’s where Remarkable comes in, fixing fragmented, over-customised data models that undermine reporting and user trust.

As an Anthropic partner and with our experience of simplifying and consolidating CRM data models, we’ve already got the AI expertise to build these solutions for you, bringing agent-first thinking to your Dynamics 365 implementation.

Microsoft Dynamics 365 FAQs

Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an AI-powered suite of business applications that brings CRM and ERP capabilities together in one connected platform. You can use the apps individually or together to manage sales, customer service, finance, supply chain and operations, and they connect with Microsoft 365, Azure and the Power Platform.

Broadly, yes: Dynamics 365 is the evolution of Dynamics CRM. Microsoft merged its separate CRM and ERP products into the unified Dynamics 365 family, generally available from 1 November 2016, and the former CRM apps are now the Customer Engagement applications (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Customer Insights). “Dynamics CRM” is therefore legacy terminology for what is today Dynamics 365.

Copilot is the AI assistant embedded across Dynamics 365; Microsoft introduced Dynamics 365 Copilot in March 2023 as the first AI copilot built for both CRM and ERP. It has since evolved from an assistant that drafts and summarises into agentic AI — autonomous agents that carry out multi-step work such as qualifying leads or resolving cases. Several are now generally available, including the Sales Qualification Agent (from October 2025) and Service Agent (from June 2026).

Dynamics 365 integrates natively with Outlook, Teams, Excel and SharePoint, so your teams can view and update records without leaving the tools they already use. Because it shares the Microsoft Dataverse data layer, you can surface Dynamics data in Teams, edit records through Excel, store documents in SharePoint and manage contacts and activities from Outlook.

Yes. Dynamics 365 is a cloud platform built on Microsoft Azure with a scalable architecture designed for organisations of all sizes, and it is used by enterprises worldwide. Its services carry enterprise-grade compliance certifications — including ISO 27001, SOC 1/2/3, HIPAA, PCI DSS, FedRAMP and UK G-Cloud — with documentation available through Microsoft’s Service Trust Portal.

Yes. Dynamics 365 is built to be extended through the Microsoft Power Platform, which shares the same Dataverse foundation. Power Apps lets you build custom apps, Power Automate handles workflow automation, Power BI delivers analytics and dashboards, and Copilot Studio is used to build and customise agents — so both technical teams and non-developers can tailor the platform to your processes.
