This foundational work informed the design of a new lead generation website, built to support CRU’s global audience and complex content requirements.
CRU transitioned from legacy systems to the Optimizely One platform, with Remarkable leading the strategy, design and implementation. The new website was implemented with the latest technical SEO considerations, AA WCAG Accessibility Compliance, and providing a complete customer view via RudderStack, Snowflake, and direct integration with CRU’s Salesforce CRM for enhanced lead generation.
To streamline and enhance CRU’s webinar experience, we developed an automated solution that integrates their webinar content into the marketing website. By connecting directly with CRU’s webinar platform (ON24), the system intelligently updates and publishes new webinar listings and details in real time, ensuring visitors always see the most current and relevant content. This not only reduces manual effort but also improves the consistency and visibility of CRU’s digital events, helping them better engage their global audience.
We introduced Optimizely’s Graph powered search to the website. With its semantic search and filtering capabilities, site visitors’ user experience was significantly enhanced, enabling them to discover CRU’s products, services and events faster and relevant to their interests.
Early results have been strong and have laid the groundwork for future collaboration in personalisation, multilingual content and content recommendations.
