With an extensive 15-year background encompassing both agency and client-side experience, Steph boasts a strong foundation in leading transformation programs and is highly skilled in stakeholder management, budget oversight, strategy development, and change management.
Steph has been working with Sitecore for 7+ years, and she is passionate about prioritising customer-centricity, leveraging customer research and data to fuel transformative initiatives within organisations. Steph is also a certified ScrumMaster, registered Prince2 Practitioner and a certified SAFe 5 Product Owner/Product Manager.
