Sagittarius is excited to announce that it has won the Customer Value/Impact Award at the Sitecore Partner Awards 2022. Sagittarius was nominated for the jury’s consideration by two existing clients, Jacksons Fencing and Liontrust, for its dedication to creating experiences that convert.

The Sitecore Partner Awards select partners based on performance for the following categories: Partnering Excellence, Sales Excellence, Delivery Excellence, Rising Star and Customer Value/Impact category, which was the only category that required a submission. This category specifically recognises partners that exceed in consistently delivering value to Sitecore customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle, ensuring the customer continues to draw value from our products

.To be considered for this category, our clients were asked to rate Sagittarius on their overall customer satisfaction, including partner rating, recommendations, and reasons why they make the best Sitecore partner to work with. Also considered are overall business value and successful outcomes working with the Sitecore Partner.

Ian MacArthur, Chief Executive Officer at Sagittarius said: “All five awards are prestigious but the Customer Value and Impact trophy is the one we dreamed of lifting. We build lasting relationships with our clients by obsessing over the things that keep them awake at night. Our unique and sole focus on Sitecore means we can use its myriad of composable technologies to solve those challenges. This award is a credit to our brilliant teams, to the unwavering support we get from Sitecore itself but most of all to our customers for choosing us to help them create experiences that truly convert”.

Sagittarius congratulates all other Sitecore Partners who won their respective categories this year.
