King Salman Park

Case Study

Building ROI into Riyadh’s Green Heart

King Salman Park (KSP) is the world’s largest urban park, spanning over 16 km² in the heart of Riyadh. A flagship initiative of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, it blends nature, culture, and innovation to transform Riyadh into a global green city and cultural hub.

Objective

To create a world-class digital presence that reflects the scale and ambition of KSP, supports multilingual engagement, and builds a CRM-ready database of leads. The digital strategy aimed to mirror the park’s phased development and elevate its visibility globally.

Solution

We collaborated with KSP stakeholders to define a 3-5 year digital roadmap. The team designed and launched a multilingual, mobile-responsive website powered by Sitecore and Optimizely, integrating advanced CMS features, analytics, and personalization. The site evolves with each phase of the park’s development, showcasing attractions, events, and cultural highlights. It also supports marketing efforts through data capture, content orchestration, and CRM integration. The UX/UI was tailored to diverse audiences, with seamless navigation and interactive features like maps, galleries, and multilingual content.
