King Faisal Specialist Hospital & Research Centre (KFSH&RC) is a premier healthcare, research, and education institution in Saudi Arabia, renowned across the Middle East. Since 1975, it has delivered world-class medical care while pioneering digital transformation and innovation in clinical services, research, and patient experience.
KFSH&RC sought to modernise its digital presence by overhauling its public-facing website and intranet. The goal was to improve user experience, accessibility, and content discoverability for a diverse audience – patients, clinicians, researchers, and staff – while aligning with the hospital’s broader smart transformation strategy.
Working in close collaboration with KFSH&RC, our team delivered a full-scale rebuild of the hospital’s digital ecosystem using Sitecore. The project included a comprehensive content audit, user flow analysis, and stakeholder surveys to inform intuitive wireframes. Rigorous user testing shaped a responsive, accessible interface. A phased development approach enabled delivery of both the website and intranet in under four months. A key feature was the integration of a powerful, user-friendly Sitecore Search to streamline access to critical information.
