On Friday 24th January, members of the Remarkable team gathered in our Manchester office to attend an Optimizely One Technical Sales workshop. The workshop consisted of a presentation by Simon Chapman, Senior Director of Partner Enablement & Solution Architecture at Optimizely, with an assessment at the end to solidify the team’s new knowledge.
In the workshop, Simon demonstrated the uses and advantages of Optimizely One, solving problems, configuring and customizing the solution to meet and exceed customer expectations. The presentation covered three main areas:
The first part of the presentation focused on Optimizely One’s messaging, and the phrase that summarises Optimizely One: “Content is at the heart of every digital experience”. The team learnt about Optimizely’s core beliefs and how these fit into their marketing strategy. The presentation then covered Optimizely One’s AI capabilities – an exciting new feature that boosts productivity, saves time, and allows businesses to elevate their offering.
This part of the workshop focused on understanding who Optimizely’s target audiences are within an organisation. These are the people who will influence or actively make the purchasing decision. This gave us a greater understanding of who to target through their motivations and goals for their organisation.
The second half of Simon’s presentation gave us an in-depth insight into the functions of each of Optimizely One’s products.
Orchestrate offers planning, productivity and publishing tools to boost teams’ collaborative abilities and make creating content simple and effective. This includes task management tools to help staff and content analytics to help you enhance your content.
With Experiment, you can test out your own digital experience to see where improvements can be made for customers, learning from insights and testing different approaches to see what works best for your business.
This product helps personalise customers’ shopping experience for both B2B and B2C companies, helping to enhance customers’ digital experience through everything from relevant ads to easy digital checkout.
At the end of Simon’s presentation, the Remarkable team each took an assessment to earn their certification in Optimizely One Technical Sales.
